Laura and Warren is a stylish and spirited couple and the Raddison Blu was everything they'd wished for in a wedding venue. They also hired a specialist - Claudia Perreira - to help them plan the perfect day. And it went off without a hitch.
After the ceremony at Rosebank Catholic church, we beat the rain to take a few shots in the street and then the couple and retinue were whisked off to the Raddison, where canapes and cocktails were waiting on the pool terrace, with a string quartet providing some entertainment. Afterwards, the couple made their grand entrance to find a sparklingly decked out hall in red and silver.
After speeches and the cake cutting, the dance floor was opened, as well as the patio doors and guests could enjoy themselves 'til late with the glittering Sandton skyline in the background.
The next evening, Laura and Warren had a traditional tea ceremony at the Lotus restaurant in Rosebank, and we had the honour of snapping it as well.
